“Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo hotel ed abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito, la colazione inclusa ed anche la saletta per il ristoro con caffè, acqua e snack sempre aperta.
Abbiamo anche utilizzato la lavatrice a gettoni presente in loco.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile e le camere sono pulite e rinnovate ogni giorno, azione che non è scontata negli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in California.”
“Very bad service and management.
I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience”
“Struttura molto bella, attrezzata e ben posizionata. Il parcheggio è molto grande e intorno c'è ogni tipo di ristorante. Molto consigliato se la sera non si vuole prendere la macchina ”

“it was super easy to get to the convention center. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are super friendly overall the very relaxing stay for my work trip. I wish I made time to get in the pool like a plane. It’s a little confusing to get in if you’re not driving. But it’s really easy to go to old Pasadena. There’s a lot of good food in shopping.”
“Albergo comodo e confortevole, in zona sicura e piacevole, con personale molto gentile. Benissimo l’hotel, un po’ sottotono rispetto al resto la colazione. Rimane comunque un Hilton molto ben gestito e adatto a tutti, comprese le famiglie ”
“Albergo buono, pulizia buona come anche la.colazione, solo la sala un po' piccola per la quantità di camere quindi spesso non trovi posto a sedere e fila per fare colazione”

“The facility was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, seems well maintained and was designed really nicely. My only complaint is the server down at the restaurant was rude. We went on two separate occasions and both times he was standoffish and seemed as if he had an attitude.. he was a prune.”

Pur avendo un servizio di sorveglianza attivo 24 ore e la guardia notturna, mi è stato rubato il catalytic converter durante la notte; questo fatto ha rovinato buona parte della mia permanenza seppur la reception mi abbia aiutato molto a risolvere il problema.”
